Directions For Use

This is a high-potency, fast-absorbing formula, so a little goes a long way. The uplifting aroma makes it perfect for use in the morning.

Rub a pea-sized amount onto and around the affected area for 60 seconds, until fully absorbed.

For knees and elbows, don't forget to rub the whole way round the joint.

For your head, wipe your fingers across the balm and gently massage the temples and forehead until fully absorbed.

For areas too painful to rub, add a teaspoon of balm to a basin of hot water to create a therapeutic soak.

  • Arnica: a traditional anti-inflammatory healing agent.

  • Frankincense: helps release tight muscles and reduce inflammation in traditional medicine.
  • Rosemary: used to ease cramping and improve circulation for hundreds of years.
  • Cypriol: often applied topically in massage blends to help manage chronic inflammation and joint discomfort.
  • Cardamom: antioxidant and purifying properties, targeted at muscle cramps.
  • Comfrey: a traditional herbal remedy often called "knitbone," used to help ease discomfort, inflammation, and swelling in muscles and joints.

The smell ois lovely and the balm easy to massage in

The smell of the balm is lovely and easy to massage in. I find it soothing for my joint aches , and , although not a strong painkiller, effective in reducing pains without the concern of unwanted chemicals.

Already using the very effective EMU balm which helped a healing broken wrist, I decided to try the Ashwagandha. I am very impressed how this balm works so subtly and is also just as effective and intend to always have a stock in my First Aid kit. The new packaging is easier to access and packaging delightful.

Lovely Balm for Aches

Only start d using last night for my aches & pains. It’s certainly a different smell to the original Lorem balm - not as strong smell but not unpleasant. Texture still same waxy melting to oil which rubs in easily. Think it eased my aches a bit as I managed to sleep for several hours. (I have awful nights generally).Overall another great balm

I am moving so more quickly and no ouches.

A different texture and no smell of wintergreen. I have been using this for a couple of weeks, it helped ease the pain of hip and knee as well a ligament repair. Of course I had the Emu Balm handy in case this did not work as effectively. It worked just as well and the pain has remained away. Actually the pain has subsided to the effect that I only apply this when I go to bed, just help with the circulation , because at night I am resting my leg and not exercising it. I get up in the morning and I am pain free. I would say this is success, no drugs, no medical intervention, so it all has to be good.
